I think even though it flips down, the monster remembers its once per turn effects. It's other cards applying effects to it (like limit reverse) that "forget" the monster
@@jarco1121 i'm quite sure if baronne de fleur is flipped face down and then flipped back up, you cannot use its targeted pop twice in a turn. That is how Yugioh cards flipped up and back down should work.
This was amazing to watch, to the point where I want to try and resuscitate PACMAN in goat format (even as we lack all the things that made this work lol). The description of “lighting small fires” is both hilarious and sounds like my favorite kind of gameplay. Panda and Cat both do the same thing.

I was rocking with this deck on the MD ladder. Cut out some medusa worm for duality and added in warning. The feel of winning by inevitability is truly something beautiful.
Funnily enough I actually ended up siding in needle ceiling AGAINST pacman with the rhynos deck; it will only hit one monster most of the time (since there's often no reason for the pacman player to have more than one face-up at any time), but having enough monster removal was actually so important that it turned out to be one of the better side cards for that specific matchup
Any room for a single Debris? Lacooda and Scarabs are targets and BRD can be insane since we arent keeping the backrow around for long anymore thanks to Planter. Scarecrow is the only thing that sticks around that would be affected and a lot of our advantage comes from the hand thanks to Lacooda and Planter, so we shouldnt minus that often in theory. Could give the deck a bit of push. Imagine nuking the board and setting a Pacman and a Scarecrow. It would be curtains in simplified gamestates
If you’re looking for some offence and stability a small giant rat package might be ok, can grab lacooda or sentry if needed but can also float into injection fairy or card trooper (grand mole is also good but maybe a bit redundant?). If you want to get extra spicy you could tech a Criosphinx and even an Exxod but that might be pushing it a little lol. Cool build though!

I second the other comments suggesting you experiment with Debris Dragon and Doom Dozer. The deck has an easy time setting up for them; both have 8 valid GY targets each, and you're likely to see them due to the nature of the draw engine. I'm not sure whether they'd be best as just 1-ofs and/or going to 41 or 42 cards in the process, though, as they're somewhat dead draws in the early game and thus can put you on the back foot until they're brought online. Doom Dozer is just the sort of out-of-left field beater that both helps close out games and demands the opponent commit resources to getting rid of it or else they're cooked. As a specific answer, its only really unique in letting you get rid of Tytannial backed by dandy tokens and the like without having to rely on it attacking into Dimensional Prison, but it _can_ quickly answer plenty of problems like Stardust you otherwise need specific cards (i.e. Golem Sentry) to reliably get rid of. Debris Dragon most obviously gives you access to Black Rose Dragon (nuke the field for big pluses and to simplify the gamestate leaving you open to dominate, another way to kill Royal Decree, force out Solemn, and it's a 2400 ATK beatstick to help end the game if nothing else), but it can also get you some fringe case synchros; Ancient Fairy Dragon (3000 DEF, SS any of your monsters from the hand to get more board presence, can situationally destroy an annoying field spell if you lack Locusts), and Iron Chain Dragon (through Medusa Worm; 2500 ATK beater, but it mills 3 when it does damage, so it's really only good if you've only got Medusa Worm in the GY and/or you absolutely need that 100 extra ATK). The problem is that you don't really want to see them in your opening hand at all, since you're not really _looking_ to throw your monsters into the GY, it's just an inevitability against most decks. Doom Dozer also conflicts with Needle Ceiling (dies to it) and Debris Dragon (banishes its potential targets), ideally coming after either of the two were already used, while using Debris for Blackrose can wipe out your Magical Planter targets and Scrap Iron Scarecrow if you're not playing it carefully (although hurting yourself with BRD when it's not used carefully goes for most decks not playing out of their GY in some profound way).
I have an ulti doom dozer so I already LOVE the idea of throwing one of him in the maindeck. Just so unexpected and I love giving some light to that boy in edison format! And the debris dragon stuff might be the way to go! Some cool people have pointed out that because of the limit reverse stuff, you can just easily OTK with trident dragion, which is so out of left field considering how slow the deck normally is! I appreciate your comment so much and I think a new version will 100% make room for at least one or two debris. It is just too powerful and versatile in a deck that does not have that many power plays
@@Zuczid I didn't even consider Trident Dragion, but synchro climbing to it with Limit Reverse is incredible. That's _exactly_ what the deck needed. This could be it, Zuc. First timw i have watched your Cursed Tech show and i was invested through the entire match. I share the same lovetowarda grindy decks that can take over the games at the long run
In a burn deck, Stealth Bird is dangerous because multiple sources of LP damage are forcing the opponent to a fail state quickly, but here it really won't help that much, because it's ultimately succeeding or failing in the exact situations the deck would be otherwise while neglecting to generate the continual stream of card advantage which is your actual win condition. I can't really say I'd rather have Stealth Bird on the field in place of any of the other pacmans in any of the situations I saw in the video. Something like Doom Dozer or Debris Dragon would contribute more to the deck even if they don't play into the gameplan directly, specifically because they make up for the deck's weaknesses by providing an alternate form of threat that the deck is easily and quickly able to accommodate, solves issues the deck normally has trouble with, and can't be dealt with in the same way by the opponent.
It's not Edison legal, it came out in The Shining Darkness (the set right after Edison format).
