Hello Viewers,
Here is a small tutorial on how to use decoupage napkin paper and how to make wall hanging using the decoupage napkin.
Requirement:
• Gesso
• Decoupage Napkin paper
• ModPodge glue.
• Acrylic colours
• Any base(here I have reused cake base)
Homemade Gesso: Take 3 spoons of baby powder + 3 spoons glue+ 3 spoons white acrylic colour. Mix these things well without forming any lumps. Now your home made gesso is ready.

Homemade ModPodge glue- Mix glue and water in the ratio of 2:1 and your mod podge glue is ready.
