Great job, nice to see the inner sleeve left longer than the gland base, too many folk cut it right back and you end up with single layer of insulation next to the rough gland inner. That would pass a Chemical plant inspection if it was an E1FW gland. If you use adaptors, the inner sleeve should go past them by at least 10mm though. I think 3 and 4 look a bit short on the inner sleeve.
First cable too long tbh. I would advise not cutting the inner insulation off until after it's in the isolator. This avoids possible scratching of the core insulation. If you score around the inner insulation first before inserting then the inner comes off easier . Good effort though my friend . Spent over 35 years doing swa btw lol 😆
Good job sir

You should be using CW glands for outside.
Thanks for watching!
That is a CW gland.
It is a double compression gland, CW is specially use for outdoor applications and where necessary to provide an IP66. Regards & thanks for watching
That is a BW gland
Single compression for indoor use
I’d redo the first one get more bend on it

What is the procedure for cable termination...this video all about how to gland the cable
It depends on what you are going to terminate from LOw voltage to High voltage
