Wow this was awesome - Beautiful trails and nature, good friends and a motorcycle, what more do you need?
Thank you Rafal for sending me this - let me know when you're doing this again, I'll join you in a heartbeat!

Thank you for your visit and a comment, Johannes! Next year plan is in the cooking stage at the moment, but it already gives a promise of a great taste! :)

@@rfk76 That's awesome, can't wait to see what you guys end up doing. I need to find a way to work less so I could travel more. Life is too short to sit at work six times a week and only do one epic trip a year!

Kyrgyzstan in my point of view is the best country for adventure motorcycling. Views are breathtaking. Are planning to ride there from home on wheels? We have used the shipping company advfactory.com.
      Have a great trip in 2026! :)

Hej Paweł i dzięki za komentarz.
Nasze przypadkowe spotkanie w Albanii wciąż wysoko na liście przebojów motocyklowych! :)
A Kirgistan zacny, warto jechać. Pozdro!

Hey 👋🏼 great vid! Thanks for sharing.
Two questions.. did you upgrade the suspension on the CRF or is it stock? And if you were doing same trip again would you pick the same bike or a bigger 2 cylinder? Thanks

Hey there and thank you for the comment!
      1. Yes, I have upgraded my CRF 250 suspension to full Ohlins in front and Ohlins spring on factory shock on the rear. More on that here: facebook.com/groups/HondaCRF25LOweners/posts/2081571278653075/ With this much luggage it was mandatory and I still suffered on the rear sometimes (my registration plate got catched by the tire a few times)
      2. If I were doing the same trip there again I would still like to do it on a lighter bike than most of two cylinder bikes. I really felt in control and had a lot of fun on that ~150kg bike, but of course I was wishing for more power sometimes (going uphill, high altitude, low quality fuel, fully loaded).
And that is why I have switched to 701 Enduro after the return - it weight 2kg less than CRF250Rally, has 2 ponies more than T7 and has 10k km service intervals. But how will it work during trips like this one, I am about to see in 2022 :)
      Cheers!

@@CykloGamonie perfect. Thanks. I’m planning a solo trip so this bike would be perfect I think. Also looking at 890 adventure cuz I’m pretty short (170cm) Everything else is too tall and heavy.

    • @CykloGamonie

JRides, if I were there by myself next time, I would definitely look for the lightest bike possible. It is important to know that on those levels of altitude it is even more difficult to pick up a bike because of lower level of oxygen in the air. It is harder to breath, you get tired faster... For the R1200GS on Tossor Pass, the 3 of us were lifting it and it was quite a challenge. And you very rarely see other people there...
So 890 Adv, as great bike as it is, it is still over 200kg + luggage... for a solo ride there, it might be too much adventure sometimes.
If you are an experienced rider, it might be doable thou...
but go there for sure! it is a beautiful place :)
      Cheers!
