    Thanks for the video update Kyle. Congrats on the 52 mile week and rocking some faster finish long runs / other daily runs. And sorry about the paw, glad you can still run. If you get to some 60 miles easy and then layer speed work after that I think you’re going to be beast mode going into your next race. Vroom vroom

    Couldn’t agree more - you gotta find what works best for you! I love doing lots of hills and worrying more about effort than pace. The hills don’t beat my body up as much as speedwork but I get faster anyway!
