I agree it was the closest one, I had to try this fight 3 times (just to make sure it will have the same result) Only 2 are on this video because I'm cinematics noob that forgot to stop the music on YT and found out only after reviewing the vid 🤣 So now there is basically a useless video with Juice Wrld music playing on it in my videos folder 📁
This is literally the funniest machine fight I have ever seen, both big guys who specialize in ranged combat just want to stomp each other, and the deathbringer was like, "nope, never gonna use any powerful weapon unless its Aloy" 🤣🤣
Why are deathbringers so weak in this game? Their name suggests a war machine specifically designed to kill anything that moves, but even a watcher is more of a threat than them, they're slow as fuck, not fast reacting to an enemy right in front of them and when they heat up they're the most help-less thing i've ever seen, i would've loved an apex deathbringer that can somehow jump and place itself on Mountains to shoot at you from miles of distance, more like a living smart turret than a mecha-crab with handicaps
@@dydy972x4 except the one used as a final boss. This one is brand new. The one in an earlier mission that came out of the orus wasn't new. It was stuck in the orus, like a baby which the mother died while pregnant. He wasn't finished. The final boss version was the finished product, barely coming out of the production chain. Most probably, hades teached eclips how to repair the horus he was in so he could make a prestine deathbringer to carry his orb with less risk then with any other deathbringer. Of course it didn't have time to repair an orus entirely, but the part that creates faro robots? Surely. Although, i must say, if the final boss would have been an orus, it could have an epic battle. Instead of corrupted machines as reinforcement for hades, the orus would create deathbringer and corruptors. The hades-orus would march all over the map sort of like a tallneck, generating faros machines. The goal would be to climb our way to hades, needing to find an high enough ledge like for tall neck, destroying weak points then falling down. Using a mount to get to the next ledge fast enough while avoiding the corruptors and deathbringers attack, among those of other machines like glinthawk or stormbirds, which would attack us while on the orus. Then in the final cutscene the gaia machines would overwelm the faro robots, since they would be released from hades control once we destroy it, with eclips being sandwiched between the 2 robot armies as the collide, gaia machines attacking them just as they would attack us and faro robots consuming them, since hades being destroyed would mean those faro machines wouldn't figth for eclips anymore, being just like those from the faro plague. Corruptors being in too little numbers, they would be destroyed quickly and with no more corruptors the gaia machines would be free of them and destroy the remaining deathbringers. ^-^
@@ericcardinal9138 This is the Pristine variation of the Deathbringer. And I love the idea for the ending. But I'm sure PS4 couldn't handle an ending like that... Only if Maybe the machines will not have A.I. like they did in the final battle in HFW, only then.. (basically dummies with scripted movement) PS4 specs really limits the bar of possibilities and unfortunately we get less because of it... You can clearly see the programmers for these games trying to squeezed everything they can from the hardware.
@@ericcardinal9138 that would be epic but I can't see a way for Aloy to beat a horus these things are mountain sized and can repair themselves they could probably destroy thunderjaws in one-hit

Yep unfortunately the A.I for the Deathbringer is suited to face only Aloy.. that's why he don't use his whole arsenal against machines.

A final showdown between the FARO machines VS the GAIA machines would've been very interesting but I'll let you leave to it. Otherwise, awesome video.

You can do that in the burning shores DLC yourself, the Thunderjaw destroys the Slaughterspine.

Maybe it's because they are not at full power since they were technically deactivated 1000 years ago
