Ull get colleges in same budget but remember that telangana charge u for 5 yr tuition fees... N dear for china i habe no idea.. Better try for Australia (someone in my acquaintance has got 344 marks n she is trying for Australia... So u may try... Don't ask for her social media or number bcz i know her parents n not her)

And in UP they don't allow you to get room outside hostel, you have to be back within 7 pm, you can only go out once in 15 days and they have 2.60 lack hidden fees, if you want a AC give 1 lack rs ONLY for installation, what's the point of all this ?
