What about the mess fees ?
In Last year's video mess fees was ₹1,00,000 and hostel fees was ₹1,50,000 and in this video mess fee is not included.

Sharda university have university fee of 2 lakhs rupee. So total would be 14+2 apart from this they mentioned in prospectus that there Is a hike of 5% every year.
There's nothing related to 5 percent fee hike in every year in prospectus of sharda
Also confirmed by seniors there's no such thing
