I had good results making this pattern in smaller sizes using 8/4 and 8/8 100% cotton yarn from Hobbii. Very pleased with how they turned out! Thanks Hobbii.x
Your wish is my command, Jayden! Thank you for your comment! I added "alternative to the magic ring" on my to-do list and I'll make a technique video about it soon! 🌷🌷 Love, Gea
Chain 4, then slip stitch into the first stitch. This should create a circle. Chain 1 then do your stitches into the middle circle... hope that helps. ❤
@@1bunny17 So sorry to hear that! Look up "Crochet Invisible Decrease" and you should find plenty of videos that will show you what a proper decrease is. Try again, but instead of skipping like she does, do the Invisible Decrease, and it should come out looking much better. GOOD LUCK!
You have saved me in my project of making the QSMP eggs, thank you!
I thought I was the only one

Ahhhhhh havin troubles makin a large egg with an 8mm
Its really bad when a yarn company shows improper horrible techniques. SKIPPING STITCHES IS NOT A PROPER DECREASE, LEAVES HOLES AND LOOKS HORRIBLE!
My eggs are horrible too :(
