Just got one a couple of months ago and it's a blast to drive. The clutch is smooth as butter and you feel power under your foot the second you touch the gas. It has tight positive steering and feels like a mini race car . Anybody that doesn't have fun driving this car isn't alive !
@@CequeABW not really. Hard to explain as we don't have the same reference in terms of how heavy we feel steering. I'd say it's sporty, quite direct steering that's not really heavy but not too soft aswell. It also depends on your tires and tire pressure from what i experienced.
Ive had mine for 3 years now with the mountune 215 upgrade and its been brilliant, never had a thing go wrong with it, just a yearly service at ford. It would be a lot better than the suzuki swift sport if you want better handling and more power, although the swift sport is a nice car too just has nothing on the ST.
well to be fair that's about where the stock turbo dies off, doesn't really go much faster after 5000 rpm, a hybrid turbo takes care of that pretty well though
Is the new ST any good? With the revised interior, I am not a fan of that dashboard setup but I like the new one. I have the 208 GTi now but I'll have to see the new ST 😎

Complimenti ottima scelta! Io personalmente ho trovato i sedili molto comodi, quindi forse è per via della rigidezza delle sospensioni, che in effetti sono molto rigide!
A me succedeva su una clio tropty tenendo il sedile tutto in basso e schienale dritto...adesso tenendolo due \tre tacche più in alto in parte ho risolto....

As far as i know they sound the same. The only thing you really hear on a stock ST180/200 is the sound-symposer anyway. The exhaust is pretty quiet stock. When it's warm you have a nice deep sound at around 1500 - 2000 revs though, at least from my experience.

As opposed to 154 bhp per ton, however there is no torque increase so any noticeable differences will be found by ragging the shit out of it. However with the extra cost of buying this vehicle used against the cost of a newish ST-3 used, wouldn’t encourage me to buy a ST200 over a ST-3 and Spend a Couple hundred on a Remap and achieve the Same result . All bar the looks .

The ST-Line fiestas are rebadged and renamed Zetec-S models ready to fit in with the trim levels of the next generation fiestas (active, vignale, titanium and ST-Line). The next gen actual ST model won't be released until 2018 at least. Although to answer the previous post, technically these are new 2017 models as they are still being built now and production on the mark 8 models hasn't begun yet.
You must be a total mug if you pay the price ford are asking for this car.The car is just nippy at best ive driven the Fiesta st and i find the car extremly over rated,they handle well i agree but the performance felt really poor to me ive got a clio 182 cup at moment and thats feels much more alive and eager and its 10 year old.i would buy an RS but that would be about it from ford its dissapointing.
datstocklyfe The colour ain't saying much but I think the fiesta looks nice like a baby Focus . This is pretty quick though . And most likely eat a pre facelift focus ST in the bends it has terrible lift off oversteer. More so when the temp drops . I didn't mind a bit of over steer in the BMW it was to be expected and controlled but a FWD with oversteer ? Erk is nasty🤔 Specially when the tcs prents you from giving it a bootful to help it out, and even tcs off it spins the front wheels into understeer , so at first it oversteers then squirt on the power and it understeers it's really the worst handling hot hatch I've ever had . I love the little fezzza but I'm tall and hate being cramped .
