    Sir what is the validity for e-challan ? Actually I registered stamp duty in Dec 2020 but due to some issues in papers it's taking time to clear 7/12 so how much time that e challan will work ? Some are saying 3 months some are saying 6 months please reply 🙏🙏

    Hello Sir.. agreement maine Jo amount hoga wo Market value hoga ya deal Kiya hua value hoga..for e.g. 30 lacks ka property deal hua hai ...but uska Market value 35 nikla hai..so agreement paper par 30 lakhs mention hoga ya 35 lacks? And mujhe stamp duty and registeration chages kis par dena hoga?

      Dear jyoti ji, aapka deal yadi 30 lac me hua hai aur aapke area ke govt rate yane ki ready reckoner rate 30 lakh ke niche hai to aapka agreement value 30 pan hi hoga , market rate yaha pe important nahi hai, most important hai aapka deal value and ready reckoner value

    Agar mere father in low ki property ko mere nam per karna hai unki escha se aur property value 1800000 lakhs hai to totally nam per karne ka kitna rs lagta hai pune pcmc.

      As per current govt rule, 3.5 per cent of the property value has to be paid as stamp duty in case the property is being transferred in the name of father, mother, son, sister, daughter-in-law, grandson or daughter as a gift.
      But I request to take help of local advocate for the same.

    Hi, I m from Mumbai, I had seen property in redevelopment building. Owner had got the flat from builder in redevelopment in last year. Stamp duty is paid only 500 rs in last year 2021. Please let me know how much stamp duty I need to pay... Whether I will get waiver as per new rules of resale within 3 years.

      Stamp Duty depends on agreement value of flat. In your case some more details required for giving you some idea but I request you if its re-development building please consult some good local real estate consultant or good local lawyer for the same.

      In my opinion max time limit for stamp duty is 6 month , but I request you to take a legal opinion as this may vary as per location and
      the registration will depends on mutual parties so be clear with other party otherwise you may need to pay penalty charges to other parties

To vo partly registered thi, I mean uske registration charges outstanding the jo ki 22000the itne din se hume sub registrar se documents nshi milre the par ab mile he to pata chala ki ab penalty add hokar vo 88000 hue he
    So cam we reduce it??

      Registration charges are same to male, female or joint name

      Pehle apka abhinandan ki apne property kharid liya hai.jab aap ragistration karte ho to ek xerox copy apke owner ko dena padta hai uska reason unone jo bola barabar hai.
