Because I have seen lots of people have done very well in technical but knocked out in behavioral, because nowadays company's want full package technical and behavioral. Regarding beta testing environment, you told companies internal Team lead and other internal employees test the application before the application is deployed to production environment. Here what I assume is, it should be aplha testing and not beta testing, because in beta testing the actual users are testing the application whereas in alpha testing done by internal employee's. Kindly confirm this whether my understanding is correct or not. At 35.00 minute
For 2-3 years automation engineer experience, one should also ask about parameterization, alerts and popups, POM Classes, Frameworks and Frame Handling. These are some important topics to learn if you want to work in automation.
