The bedrooms are huge and the fact that the house has 6bdrms and a huge rooftop with that unbelievable, breathtaking view!!! (That handheld shower fixture may be to fill a bucket 🪣 or to wash off some crocs or something) Me, personally would love to see more grass on the property in the back with a few fruit trees… not many, 2-4 trees… Congrats on the new build and congrats to the new owner/renter! That will be a very enjoyable experience in that home.
I like it because of mosquitoes flies screens on windows and doors + wardrobes. If it was going to have a carport it was going to be a five star house.❤🎉

It would be nice, next time, to put the actual size of the house in square meters. 6 bedrooms on a 120 SQM doesn't have the same impact as 6 BR on 250 SQM, see what I mean? Thanks

Thats a good point, for a new property that just finished construction that patch of grass is the garden to be, ready to be developed by the new owner
