Best teacher I found here. I learned so much from him, even circular breathing. I don't know why other well made tutorials didn't help... but his just worked for me perfectly. Many thanks!
Well sounds kind of interesting without the didgeridoo, too. This was actually one of the first techniques I've learned, however after this video I will definitely try to add some parts of this technique without the didgeridoo to my playing. ^^
3min in this video in you giving me the chills of what sounds I can do. I just figured out how to do circulate breathing took me a month or 2. I'm gonna test it out wish I could now but every on is a sleep😏
I asume you are talking about the didge mouth piece? if the wax is just put onto the didge, you can pull it off. but if the wax was dipped, you need scraper (i used wooden ruler) to clean them. or if you just wants to clean the dirty wax, you can use Alcohol swabs that you can get from chemist to rub off the dirty ones! Good luck!
I know I'm very late to the party, but I have a question: Isn't the technique similar to Tuvan/Mongolian throat singing, but just through a didgeridoo?
@kylepope6805 > Try counting the beat by tapping on your lap or stomping on ground with your feet. So you will play your rhythm in good timing. Make up some phrases in different time frame so you can fit them in your rhythms! Change it tweak it as you like then that will be your rhythms!!! Also playing on the drum beat is good idea!
as if you are gargling in bathroom when you are brushing your teeth, close your throat way by lifting your tongue and breath out from mouth, try with water then see what happens! good luck!
Ive been doing beatboxing for a year or two now and the didgeridoo uses a lot of the same lip, tongue and throat techniques as beatbox bass
"A little bit of throat action"
I lol'd
