Since it’s December, when you said Xmas colors, it gave me the idea to actually paint it in Xmas colors. Also,I think there is a tube sticking out from under the skirt that is actually related to the tubes connected to his fingers because they are very long.

Nice work. McFarlane out here selling paint your own action figures. It's the same with the MK line. Figures have excellent sculpts but half of it is invisible due to the lack of paint. He should up his prices 5 to $10 and add some extra paint apps.
I hear ya. Although Im not gonna lie, collecting McFarlane figures has made me better at customizing lol, and repaints are so easy to do on these that it's actually fun. I give them credit because, for example, on Marvel legends the paintjob is usually just as bad but the sculpt is not there, it's a plain body so it's thougher to repaint it.
That's what they did with a special version of the Mandarin Spawn. Not sure why there haven't been more.

I bought my scarecrow about 3 weeks ago and so wanna get it it repainted.
My only concern is trying to disassemble the head. Cloth poncho, etc, without splicing anything.
You used a hairdryer, hoping running it under hot water will loosen the figure as well.

You know man I'd love to see you do your own dioramas of your own original killers like create an original killer of your own give it like a back story and things Then create your character You're setting your tone It can be slash or it can be action but yeah I would love to see an original work

The Sekiro inspiration is very strong, it allows for more earthly tones and that's when the poisonous green really stands out, as seen as the subtle light you used in the final showcase that was visible on his hat. 13:32
I don't know what they were thinking with the standard figure colors, not even clowns would pick a color scheme like that for their outfits. 😆 Even elementary school kids use a better variety of paint in arts and crafts classes, for real.
The comment you made about the gas mask being too visible makes sense, because the threat from Scarecrow comes to life if you don't immediately see his defining features -- he's not the type of villain to signal that to everyone.
I also hope Todd or someone from the production team sees this improved version!
