And the quality is there - I would love to see all the rooms and even the floorplans - great layout - and would love to see what ya'll are doing with the rest of the homestead.

Georgeous!! The only thing I would add if it were my home was so more color in the accents. Personally I love navy blue, yellows, and key red accents would even work well with that. Or another color accent scheme, like pastels. Whatever people like.

I'm trying to get my head around this home. I like it, especially the southwestern decor. My home is in southwestern decor and I get compliments all the time. The hangup I'm having is the white. I don't care for white ergo my love of the SW decor. It's still a lovely home and here's wishing you many happy years in it.
I love it. It's neat, light and open. The green plants make the house alive. The farmhouses that l have seen before, were full of stuffs, busy walls and corners with so many ornaments. Those make it a little bit tacky to me.
Allson your house i beautiful outside and outside its decoraed very cozy , simple but elegant . its a place that you can wal in and feel livable not crowded and overpack with items all over . the only thing Ill change , the dinning room chairs .They are not bad but doesnt give the necessary loo for table and everything else in general its very pretty there . be blessd .

Lol I was staining the fence by our AC yesterday and I asked the husband to go inside and raise the temp so it would turn off while I was trying to peacefully work in the fence with some relaxing music. Modern conveniences !
My husband and I are about to start renovation on his grandmothers old farmhouse she left us when she passed. It was built in the 50s as a one bedroom and has been added onto multiple times, making the layout very choppy and weird so we have to basically tear out all the walls and start from scratch. I’ve been so overwhelmed looking at Pinterest, but your house is beautiful and EXACTLY what I want for ours!
I was like I like the kitchen but that table is too short then 2 seconds later you said that the table expands. 🤣 I gotta be more patient. 🤣 Very good taste. It's not overwhelming but it's not bare either. Small hints of color here and there bring it all together.
I have my closed captions on and had to laugh when she was showing the bathroom. She said "I just love vintage rugs" but the CC's picked it up as "I just love any drugs"
