Day 4 done! Today's workout was supervised by Mushi kitten. He was also my Happy Place (focus on the adorable Mushi Fluff, not my crazy burning, shaking arms!). This was a good one for sure! I even managed to use the same weights you did. Those iso holds were a real killer- especially the triceps! Thanks for a killer workout PJ and Cassidy!
Thanks PJ and Casity! Those iso hold are torturing! I used 10kg for the first two rounds, 6 for the third round and 4-5kg for the last round. I burnt 141 kal for the past 36 mins

Great workout! The swimmers exercise though really hurts my ribs? Does this mean I'm doing them wrong? Or is there a way to make this exercise more comfortable on my rib area?

Walks would be great for your strength days (aiming for 2-3 strength sessions a week) and then 3-4 cardio sessions of your choice each week.

I did give a modification of just lifting the leg. You may also want to add pillow under your hips.
