The Masters! It's been a privilege learning BBQ from y'all. Like Malcom said, "That's what I love about barbeque, there's so many people willing to help you." Thank you!
Two absolute LEGENDS! what a great episode... I need to quote Aristotle: "Dignity does not consist in possessing honors, but in the consciousness that we deserve them" just to emphasize that you both have won contests, but on top of that, the amount of effort, time, dedication, constancy, and the passion that you have for BBQ, is next level, and it shows. You've earned the success that you both have, and can be sure that deserve even more! Here is to hoping for more a greater things to come! Thank you for sharing with us your passion. God bless!
Thank you so much! It's a lot of hard work but well worth it at the end of the day. Have to put in the work to achieve anything you want. Love being able to share any BBQ knowledge I can and see people making great BBQ with our products.
Two teams that have helped me make so many friends by sharing their recipes. Thanks Heath and Malcolm for being passionate about who you are and what you do!
When I first dove into bbq years ago killer hogs bbq rub was the first one I ever bought. Had no clue what I was doing and found Malcom's YT videos. I literally learned how to cook bbq watching his videos. I now do catering, pop ups and competition bbq on the side. I've also learned a lot from HR YT channel and our comp team loves using your products. Thank you guys for paving the way and sharing your knowledge of bbq.
I have been watching Malcom since 2012 dreaming of making something as good as he did. In 2015 I bought a pellet grill and started making the things he made. I got tones of complements on what I was smoking. I started watching Heath about 5 years ago and you are both my go to for smoking ideas. I use seasonings and sauces you both make and everybody asks what they are and where they can get them. I thank you both for teaching me and giving the confidence to try your recipes.
Great show. Malcom got me started in bbq with his videos. Then I learned about you through the video you did with him and you taught me how to make ribs everyone loves and requests. I really enjoyed seeing the 4 of you having this conversation
Finally, the two legends of barbecue the two I follow The most, and almost always go to when I want to look something up and yes, I have your rubs and barbecue sauces
Two of my favorite Q icons. I’ve learned so much from both Malcom and Heath. Throw in Kosmo and Pittman, I’ve elevated my Q cooking on the Bill’s Cook’n Out Back. Such a good podcast and insight to the history behind the brands.
Great show. The one thing you said that was gospel is Valentino’s BBQ. Was little trailer only a few of us knew about. Then in an interview Aaron Franklin mentioned that was where he went occasionally for BBQ. Rest is history. They recently cleared out of Austin moving south to Buda, TX. Top 5 breakfast tacos in the state. Top 10 QUE as well. No ridiculous 4 hour wait or $36 lb brisket like the other Texas Monthly anointed joints.
Malcolm's AP seasoning is still the best on the market. I've tried so many and none of them bring the flavor like his does. That rib video with you and Malcolm became like my rib bible. I've watched it at least a dozen times learning ribs. If you want good Duke's you gotta go to the restaurant supply store and get the heavy duty one. That one is nice and thick and won't make your potato salad or whatever you're making watery at all.
Great show. It makes my heart glad that you guys are friends. I love Killer Hogs Rubs but I must admit Heath Riles’ Everyday Rub has become a staple in the kitchen and at the grill for me and my wife. I buy it by the big bag. Thank you for the service you provide to us novices.
Another great podcast, been a huge fan of Malcom and Rachelle’s since the days outside the garage cooking and yellow kitchen days. 😂 you could tell this was friends at a table. 👍
Great podcast, love watching both of your pods and videos. Your recipes are my go-to to impress friends and family . Great rubs and sauces , always looking forward to new tastes in rubs. 👍

What's all about! Passing along any kind of knowledge you can.
Classic Video…..2 Teams connected and praising one another.
They're very good friends of ours for a while and have been a huge help along the way. Always great to sit down and chat with Malcom and Rachelle!
YES!! I love when you guys get together. You can tell you guys are great friends
We truly are

The two names that come to mind when I hear the word BBQ. I would love to see more videos with Malcom!

Great BBQ! Didn't realize they moved out of Austin now.
Only like 15 miles South of town.

That's so cool that people are going back and watching that video to this day! Hopefully we can do more collab content in the future.
@@HeathRilesBBQ I'd love to see you doing more collabs with BBQ channels!
@@Amocoru Hope to do even more very soon!
One of the best videos I've seen that explains the two best BBQ-ers...."You're both doing it right" -Continued success.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great show! Two legends big fan of both of you.
Appreciate that!
Thanks for the shout out. Miss the old days of bbq contest for sure!

Thanks, James! I'm glad our Everyday Rub has become a staple in your kitchen. Thanks for all your support.
Great video and loved the fun of it. I started out first watching How to BBQ Right years ago when they were video prep in the kitchen.
Thanks for watching! They've come a long way and couldn't be more proud of them.
I went to the Squirrel cook off a while back. It was a blast!
It sounds like it'd be a good time!
Awesome show! Can't wait for the chicken video!
It'll be out Thursday!
Looks like you guys had a great time just talking Heath. Really enjoyed the show. 💪🏽
We always do! Thanks for watching, Mario.
