Initially I was weary about this façade when it featured on The Villages Idiots preview, but actually I now like it quite a lot because of this review. It would be a great way to build up my little downtown section. I don't have a lot of space for my downtown, so building upwards would be awesome. Always a great review, Doug.
This is a mini diorama. It's clever made. I like it very very much. Optimally for hanging on a wall and I do hanging a lot of nice illuminated art decor of the Halloween and Xmas theme at my walls. Hope I get one to Germany.
I love it!! I don't think I've ever bought a piece in July as I have to think which one is my favorite (Limited budget). But the minute this went on sale on the Michael's website, I ordered it. I love the facade idea and the many uses, besides just in a town. Lucky enough to have a 40% off coupon at time of purchase. As you said, I hope they continue this idea, because as I said before, I love it!!!

This year I decided to make a village with pieces like the Ghost Writer’s Bookstore and The Future Looks Dark. This would be great as a back piece to force depth of the scene.
I was kinda torn at first about getting this but after seeing it in your video I really like it - the 4 different scenes, it'll go great on a small shelf I have on a wall - great review. Is that your new Cracker Barrel shirt? Looks cool
I wasn’t going to get this at Michael’s because of how expensive they are and wait until next year to get it at a much lower price BUT I also really want them to do more Spookytown Facades so I did buy it so hopefully it will help convince Lemax to do a Lot more of these.

I like the look of this but I think I would only use it as a center for a Halloween wreath and not in my actual village. I can see it being used in the back of a village to create more depth though. I don’t plan on picking this one up mainly because of the price. I would like to get pretty much every other exclusive. 😁 Just waiting for that elusive 40% off coupon for some of them 😅

I picked up Raven Hill yesterday with using the 20% off coupon too. Also picked up the Sugared Pumpkin Candy Shop. Man remember the days of 40% off coupons. Wow. I love Raven Hill but my wife likes it more than i do so thats why I bought it. However I can imagine already that I feel it's going to be difficult to get the perspective just right in my village.

Great video Doug! I purchased mine couple of days ago and I love it! Only issue is the quality. I've noticed on your piece too, the little doggy sitting on the door steps of the Withered flowers shop is missing half of its face. I exchanged for another one and the dog in the 2nd piece was also missing its face. But overall, great piece!

I love it! For me though I wouldn’t hang it. I would like it a little better of the back was 3 d and finished. That said it is a beautiful piece’
