I can eat kimchi jiggae any time of the day! It has a different spiciness. It tastes spicy, not just feel spicy if you know what I mean. I only made it with canned fish but I now need to make it with faaaatty pork. 😋

I always have the problem of a large mess of boil over on my stove top. My teukbaggi (sp?) are apparently too small. This is by far my favorite Korean dish that I am able to make.
@@chubster71 That is great that u have a supplemental ingredient that u like adding to kimchi jjigae. Generally, water chestnuts are not used in Korean cooking. It is more commonly used in Chinese cuisines.
