It happened when a police officer showeda direction nd at the same owner showed far away.... most of your time waste to reach at certain place..

Chongqing is nothing to do with most developed city in China, it's just one of the tier 2 cities among Chengdu, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Qingdao, Dalian, Changsha, Wuhan, Hefei etc.
