Oh my gosh, I started tangling a couple of weeks ago and really thought I’d enjoy the more geometric designs, but since I’ve been doing your more organic, floral designs, I’m loving it! Thank you for this treasure of instruction. You are a great teacher and I really appreciate being able to learn from you.
The prettiest, most inspiring little tile I have ever seen. I am relatively new to Zentangle, and struggling to produce something a bit more meaningful for me than just copying patterns. This little gem has opened my eyes. Thank you!
I love everything about your videos. They are beautiful, thorough, and yet easy for a beginner like me to understand. It makes so much sense to grow a tangle as they all start from nothing. The other thing I appreciate about your videos is that we only get to hear the sound of your voice, and not distracting music in the background like many other videos.
Very nice. When I was much younger, drawing and doodling were ways for me to erase any tensions from the day, and just let my imagination take the wheel. Over the decades (!) I lost touch with that part of me. But, now that I have reconnected with art, and discovered Zentangle, acrylics, alcohol inks, etc, the peace and contemplative parts of my being have started to reclaim their old territory. Thank you for your tutorial. I very much enjoyed it.
I'm excited to do this one tomorrow. It caught my attention right away. The leaves look 3D. It's crazy cool. Tomorrow when I pull it up on my tablet I will share it on Pinterest as well. ❤️
After I finished my first Henna Drum this afternoon, I'm definately going to try this one too. You're my favorite teacher. TFS all those pretty drawings. I'm just copying, but what the heck, I'm proud if it's finished and it looks sort of the same :-).
Thank you, Kelly, for this wonderful Tile and the quote! I love it. I like your calm voice, makes it very relaxing. I love your guidance, because on my own, I don't know what to draw, even though I know a few tangles by heart. I also appreciate, like another reviewer had mentioned, that you don't have distracting music in the background. I will go through all your videos! :)
This "Growing" a tangle design is so creative and beautiful. I love ALL your designs, they are very inspirational for me. I am still a beginner but love watching your videos. Thank you!
Absolutely lovely and gets more beautiful with each now addition! I have a very brown thumb, but this is the kind of garden I might just be able to grow!
I love everything about this! You had me at the quote, and your tangling is just lovely! I needed to see this today, and I can hardly wait to sit down and "grow" a tangle! Thank you for sharing this!
Thank you so much Kellie, I really really enjoyed watching you create this magnificent tile. It’s so very very stunning and gorgeous and organic too. I’m going to share this with my family and friends and I’ll keep referring back to this for inspiration too. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags
Hi Kelli. I am getting back in Zentangling after not doing it for several years. I'm slowly getting my mojo back and videos like this one are really helping to inspire me. I really like the more "organic," botanical looking designs now and just love what you've done here. Can you tell me the name of the flower-like pattern you use in the middle? I love it and would like to know more about it. Thank you!
Kelli, is there an index of entangles anywhere? I can't remember all the tangles I've done and I'd like to be able to see the tangles and watch how they are done.
It’s simply to create a little space to work in and to give the piece a finished looking edge. It is definitely not required, just something a lot of us like to do.
Great video. May I suggest you change the camera angle a little to your left? This may prevent covering the drawing with your hand. Otherwise great video thank you🇨🇦
I notice everytime you're drawing the distance of your pen to the camera puts the picture out of focus. When you move your hand out of the way, it goes into focus. I don't know if there's anything you can do about that or not but it can sure do a number on anyone with vertigo. Aside from that, I love your tangle! And your little snail is cute. Very clever!
I felt like this one was too rushed and I really didn't enjoy it like the others. Normally it relaxes me but this did the opposite and gave me anxiety. Sorry Kelli, I love following you but like to give honest feedback 😬
Thank you for letting us see your process Kelli. I learned a lot. I love how you saved that corner! Your finished Zentangle is just beautiful!

So happy you had fun!!!
You do the most beautiful work and I am so happy that you share and inspire! Thank you!
That's very sweet! I love that you are doing so many of these!

That’s beautiful, going to attempt it tomorrow! Thank you for the in-depth instructions.

I loved doing this tile. Adding a quote was inspiring. Thanks for another great tutorial.
I’m finding so much joy in creating along with you! Thank you Kelli❤

Tnis tangle is really amazing, congratulations

Love this one, I’ve viewed it many times! I love the way that flux pops and all of the other organic elements.
Absolutely lovely and gets more beautiful with each now addition! I have a very brown thumb, but this is the kind of garden I might just be able to grow!
I’m with you! 😆 I am not good with gardens! Definitely easier to draw than to grow!
Lovely tile! I really like the quote. Thanks so much! From Oklahoma...💕🌷
I am having such fun with your tangles! I never thought I could draw, but you have helped so much. Thank you.
I’m so happy you are enjoying them! ❤️
Really love this one. So peaceful and fun. Thank you.
I’m so happy you enjoyed it!
This is beautiful I love the new (to me) flux-like shapes. I have always loved Henna Drum. Thank you for drawing this.

Very nice!! Will work on this this to tomorrow and thank you!
That was a fun one!
Thanks!

Hi! I’m so happy you are getting back into it! The floral tangle is called Henna Drum! I absolutely love using that one!

Tangle patterns.com has all of them!

Oh wow! Thank you Kelli! This will take days to go through!
What is the purpose of framing the tile. I'm new to this and every teacher has us put those 4 dots in the corners. Why?
It’s simply to create a little space to work in and to give the piece a finished looking edge. It is definitely not required, just something a lot of us like to do.

Thanks
Happy to draw it!
❤❤❤
Great video. May I suggest you change the camera angle a little to your left? This may prevent covering the drawing with your hand. Otherwise great video thank you🇨🇦
Thank you for the suggestion! I will try that!
thanks you, i done!
Absolutely gorgeous, but when it blurs the design and autofocus’s on your hand it makes my eyes cross! Lol
I know! It’s awful! This is one of the first videos I ever recorded…I have fixed that issue. 😊
I'm working on that! Not sure how to fix it.
I really like this...and I really like the quote. Would you mind if I did one similar and used the quote ? 🙂
Please do!!
Love your inspirational style, but could you speak a little louder. I hate to miss anything you are saying.
Sorry, this was an older video. I think the newer ones are much better!
I felt like this one was too rushed and I really didn't enjoy it like the others. Normally it relaxes me but this did the opposite and gave me anxiety. Sorry Kelli, I love following you but like to give honest feedback 😬
Thanks for the feedback! I made this a few years ago for about 5 friends of mine! I didn’t really have a channel yet.
Beautiful!
Thank you!
