One: simply because Toshinori was quirkless (this has been confirmed multiple times) therefore his body was an empty vessel so OFA was going adapt very well in him. Second: because he already had trained a lot his body so the power wouldn't be so overwhelming. Third: because the OFA reached the singularity point during it's time within All Might, therefore when it was passed down to Izuku it's power and capabilities increased a lot. That's why Deku have had it so tough trying to control it.

before All for one gave his brother the extra quirk His original quirk was the ability to give his quirk to another However as All Might says in episode 33 Quirks that changed or mixed as they were passed on. when AFO gave his brother Power Stockpile it mixed with Pass On (what I'm calling the brothers quirk). the Power Stockpile quirk is most likely a normal stockpile quirk but when mixed with Pass On it now also stockpiled quirks along with power which is why users 2-7 can show up because of this and the fact that One For All is so powerful the remnants last awhile after transfer the wielders of One For All would keep their quirks after the fact if Power Stockpile and Pass On did not mix then it would be the same as losing the quirk after giving it away. The only reason why the stockpile quirk can stockpile other quirks is because of Pass On this is why One For All will not contain All for one as some people theorize, as the only reason it can stockpile quirks was after it was given to the brother. Because of all this I also believe that once Deku gets full control of all aspects of One For All he will be able to speak to the 0th user of One For All the person that AFO stole Power Stockpile from. Finally It does not add the power from the previous user it multiplies it the 1st user strength = his own strength (as the transfer aspect didn't exist with the 0th user) the 2nd user strength = his own strength * 1st user strength and so on... 7th user strength(Nana) = 1st * 2nd * 3rd * 4th * 5th * 6th * Her Own Strength Which makes All Might's strength = 1st * 2nd * 3rd * 4th * 5th * 6th * 7th * His Own Strength. at this point OFA core is at its breaking limit which is why the next time it transfer (to Deku) instead of increasing the power of the core it increases the size of the core this in turn causes the core to expand this expanding core unlocks a new aspect to the quirk, using the quirks of previous users. this is similar in concept at how awakened Shigaraki decay could jump touching objects a new aspect of a quirk after intensive training and because the stockpiled quirks are emerging from OFA they are supercharged by the energy inside OFA.
As to the last question, like others have said, he can handle all those other quirks because it’s technically one quirk. Just like how Shoto has 2 quirks, it’s technically one quirk. The quirk just has multiple abilities. That’s my understanding of it.

I would say there is a bigger drawback to most quirks though. A point the focus on is the pinky toe disappearimg being linked to evolution. But that's only half correct. Also, since he tries to root in science to a point there's a good chance people are sacrificing part of their minds when the power goes active. But no one looks there because they want to believe this is either natural or a good thing.

No, I think that was just the result of 7 people's normal strength compounding to become stronger. Also, the 4th User, the one who died young, did nothing but train for 18 years. All Might also added his strength to the mix, but All Might couldn't use any of the previous quirks. Deku is the first one to be able to use them because the quirk evolved.
Another theroy is that Dekue is sharing the one for all with class 1a. As you know the transfer quirk works by eating ones hair or blood. But what if there is more to this. Midoria his this knack of emotionally connecting with people. The other users before him seem to be almost lone wolves.
Actually the first quirk he gets from the previous owner of one for all was the first owners quirk When he gives his quirk to bakugo in order to fight nine❤️

Doesn’t one of the unnamed quirks have to be all mights quirk? Super strength etc.. If you store previous quirks in one for all then how does all might have such strength and deku? Does the stockpile increase the users strength with every new user? Also how come all might has a buff state and a weakened state if the stockpile increases strength?

There's two unknown quirks what if one those quirks belong to all might, what if he had a quirk all along, what if his quirk was getting really musclely.When deku got the one for all power he never got musclely unless he used one for all but none of the other one for all users got super musclely either but all might did when he used one for all he could only use his quirk when he's using one for all, so what if he had a quirk all along but it was just such a useless quirk he never noticed

Just because there is a greater strain on the body of someone who already has a quirk when its acquired, than one who has no quirk, doesnt mean that more powers cant be added to the quirk as it continues to get passed down to new successors.
