Hello Catalina, everyone... I just got my Cricut Maker 3 and a whole bunch of tools. I mistakenly bought the selfhealing mat thinking it would work with the machine; it's okay, I need it anyways. Thank you for demonstrating the differences for the mats; it will help me choose the mat correctly. Question, however, wouldn't wiping be bad for the mat since wiping would remove whatever adhesive they use to grip your material? Will it affect the mat in any way or is it safe? So how do I cut something when I turn the glitter paper backwards. For example if I want ot cut alphabets and if I turn back side of the glitter paper then the cutting will be in opposite right. How can I fix it??

No, when I cut out letters for my classroom I trace the letters backwards so you don't see the lines I traced when they are turned around...with this if you put the glitter side down it should be turned the right way when you pull it off. But I say practice with another she sheet first...trial and error.

You can clean the mat with hot water and soap it will become sticky again.
