They don’t give her enough air
She's crying, so she has PLENTY of air. They are teaching her how not to drown if she were to accidentally fall in water - in which case she definitely wouldn't have enough air and would probably die. This is much safer.
It doesn’t seem like the little girl is even trying. Like natural instinct is to start doggy paddling or kicking legs. Is she doing thst??
