No other character frustrates me than Axel. He is soooooo GOD DAM slow!!! I really hate that the developers didn't include running or even a dash for Axel, Blaze, Max, Floyd and Estel. I mean at least give them a slow run.
I think the same, he walk too slow, with specials you can move faster, but that is not enough reason for leave it with that slow walk movement, i personally prefer to have faster walk speed for all the characters, but i dont have any problem with a run option too.

I feel like axel has become quite powerful in this v08.
Some movements are better now, cant really say he is powerful, but is not that bad like other patchs
