I used to work for a German Mittelstand company and they're very solid. Usually they are part family owned, run for the long term, and they're the best in what they do in the world. It might be some obscure machine parts you've never heard of but they specialise in it and are the best. So I like Brockhaus' business model. My concern is that they've only been public for 4 years and there's no public track record. Also the stock hasn't done well so far.

Good points. And my only response to that is the as investors we get paid to take calculated risks.

I had a question here. Are revenues being consolidated with bike Leasings entire revenue? If so it seems dishonest, and what is all this pro Forma and beating around the bush, but with that aside what is the real free cash flow attributable to Brockhaus shareholders? I see $40M if that’s true then this company is a steal, and I need to start buying shares immediately, but it seems to good to be true what’s the catch? According to my proprietary model the company is worth $1.5B euros with their deployment ability. And a 10 year CAGR of an astonishing 50% CAGR due to the severe undervaluation (model on my channel), but the shares are trending down? I don’t understand

No, it's not $40mil free cash flow. don't get caught by that. Watch the rest of the series of videos where I explain it all

Brockhaus also poped up in my screening. I wonder (because they own only 52% of Bikeleasing) if they fully participate on its success?!

BKHT will be a big winner if Bikeleasing is a big winner. :)

Hey Andrew! Loving how, as time passes, my investment choices are more and more similar to yours 😮. About Brockhaus: what do you think about the new acquisition they made and the fact that as the sales growth, bikeleasing has been accumulated leases on its balance sheet, increasing the risk linked to changing interest rates (at least that’s what I understood)? 👋

Haha that's good i think... yep, there is some risks there around interest rates etc. This isn't without its risks. I'm backing in the fact that because they are growing fast, they can sell more at the new interest rate levels, therefore smoothing out the impact over time. But a sharp move might be a shock.
