Bihar is needlessly defamed and vilified by the media. It is one of the powerhouse of modern India's workforce.

Mithilanchal was a heart for defending against Foreign invaders.
So First they tried to break Mithilanchal in every terms and it's still going on.
Bihar and Mithilanchal is a 2 different thing.
Lord Sita was from Mithilanchal born in Sitamarhi (Mithilanchal) in Bihar.

The beauty of Bihar is that people from different parts of the country have made it their home and enriched it . Take for example the man from U.P selling chaat in Gaya, this Sardarjee selling pakoda in a faraway Darbhanga or the influence of Tibetan food in Bodhgaya. These things may be quite familiar in metros and in big cities. But in faraway Bihar this assimilation of cultures is something to be believed. This is the true spirit of India.

The most unforgettable experience was their "atithi sewa" whether it is in home or to street side food vendor or in restaurants. When it comes to food its pure home grown and prepared spice is the key factor that makes succulent taste. Happy to see Bihar is being explored.
