Ty Curly tales for bringing this unique recipe of "Pittha" here. Most people don't know about it. It can be compared to idli-sambar because both dishes are made of rice and pulse..... Hope people know "Pittha" also other than Litti-chokha, Champaran mutton.. This bihari "Pittha" is also similar to "Siddu" of Himachal
The feeling that I was having while watching the video was actually spoken in the 18th minute by Mishraji himself.. He is so subtle that onscreen ya offscreen me farak nahi pata chalta. And tbh his all movies are really good, but the brief appearance in Newton also deserves special mention. That is the quality of his acting, that you would remember even a small part.

So not sure how did it tasted to you. It has many variations also which enhances it taste like fried pitha, sautéed pitha (with mustard and other spices), milk pitha, khoya pitha, flex seed pitha etc.
