I just made ribs today myself for dinner though mine were more on the simple side(spicy brown mustard, cayenne pepper, and brown sugar) smoked over hickory charcoal for about 7 hours. But watching how you guys did it is giving me some ideas for the next batch I do, it's pretty clear you gentlemen take great pride in what you do
I tried your guys pork privilege mixed with the almighty and let me tell you the taste was mind blowing. The people I cooked them for loved how great it tasted. I put it on bacon wrapped cheesy chicken thighs and the flavor was incredibly delicious 😋 😍.
Is it OK to stack one rack on top of the other rack as you are grilling? I've done this several times, and the baby backs turn out perfectly every time.
