Would it be worth it for 2 players?

If you only play 2 players, probably wouldn’t be my first choice. We love the game, but at 2p you see a lot less cards so your choices are less interesting. Also, sometimes you have to play cards that benefit or hurt other players, and that interaction feels more constrained when it’s only one player who can benefit. That said, you can absolutely enjoy the occasional 2p game of Deadly Dowagers :)
