- In this video I meet up with local wildlife guide and professional photographer Even Agerup to go in search of pygmy owls. Thanks to Even's local knowledge and expertise it didn't take long to find one... or two!!!

Wow... very nice video and photos of the pygmy owl. When I was there the owl never came to a lower position, but was sitting high up on the top of the trees. And at the end the famous banana cake 😉
😂 the best banana cake! I came back to the UK 10kg heavier 😉 . Such a wonderful owl, and I think the Norwegian word for owl has to be one of my favourites; ugle 🦉

I had the opportunity to photograph pygmy owl some 6 years ago during a camping trip to Pieniny mountains in Poland. It was a really intense and memorable experience.

I love Norway such a great adventure ! What a marvelous bird the Pygmy owl is awesome ! Great video ! I have just been for a weekend in North Devon near Parracombe. I have a timeshare nearby two weeks a year ! Next week in October if you are around then for a Collaboration Richard !

@@mywildlifeimages I will do ! I was thinking Red Deer too ! I was down last weekend and Saw a heard of Red Deer on Exmoor from the car near the coastal road ! First week in October could be a great time for a Stag or two, awesome ! I got the Dippers at Lynmouth nesting under the road bridge into the centre last weekend !
