Note : ONT provided by default has 1Gbps ports only so they limit speed to under 950Mbps. Here custom ONT is used with 2.5G LAN Port. Ookla speed test done using both IPV4+IPV6 on DL so speeds are crossing 1800Mbps too but in practical use case most sites don't support using IPV4+IPV6 combined speed together so they will be able to use 1.2Gbps max for this plan.
Oh that is a very odd config. Nobody generally treats v4 and v6 traffic as individual channels with their own QoS. And even if the site supported v6, say you download something in your browser it will only use one protocol, v6, or v4. It can't use both, you need to use something like torrenting tools and stuff which will use multiple connections over v4 and v6
It's automatic in case of Airtel broadband if you are not on Static IP for supported sites which are very rare. Ookla speed test is one of them which supports it on Download.

Do you have any instructions on how can we build this custom ONT? Are you still connected to router by Airtel via LAN?
This ONT is imported.
And fiber patch cable is directly connected to this ONT and PC is connected to this ONT through its 2.5G LAN.
