Hey there! 😊 I've got a funny story to share about my web design journey: 1. Impulsively bought Frames 2. Realized I needed ACSS too 3. Took a detour with Paige Building 101 4. Finally circled back to ACSS You know what? I'm feeling so much more confident now! I think once I've got all this under my belt, I'll go from feeling burnt out to super excited about creating websites. It's pretty awesome, and I'm really grateful for that!
That makes sense about using BG utility classes for sections instead of styling at the ID. I've been turning off all utility classes in ACSS but am going to turn on BG utility classes and start using them. What convinced me was how much extra CSS is written for styling at the ID and also the specificity issue. Great video as always.
Upon right-clicking to access color options, such as for background settings, the available choices are limited to Background Colors, Text Colors, Black and White Colors, and Heading Colors. The expected options for Primary, Accent, Base, Neutral, or black-and-white color schemes are not present in the selection menu.
@@AutomaticCSS I couldn't recreate the problem. I think I was trying to add color where it didn't work. I'm a bit better at understanding how to work it. So maybe it was something I was doing in the noob-learn cycle.
@@AutomaticCSS No, I just now found the receive beta releases option :) Thanks!

As an addition: In order to achieve the transparency on a Windows computer, the Control & ALT keys (German CTRL+ALT) must be pressed at the same time when moving the mouse over it.

Holy smokes - I completely missed picking up on the ability to right-click to access ACSS variables and classes. That helps so much!
Huge productivity increase!
Gotta love some Plaster!
Another great video to explain using ACSS. Now on to part 2.
Great lesson, now on with the show in part 2.
Some great tips, thank you Kevin !
Great information! Thanks
Awesome! Thank you! :)

Ok, stupid question, how do I get that bracket button to open ACSS panel to show up in my Bricks?
Are you using 3.0?
