I've worked with UK forces before, you're pay is unnecessarily complicated. In the US it's 4200 for most everyone. The exceptions are so few and far between it's almost pointless to explain. Those who fall into that rare pay category will be extensively educated on all the parts prior to retirement.
How could such pay be so low when politicians earns astounding amount for betrayal of this country when SF and Pathfinder personnel's lives on the line 24/7.
Because MPs manage constituencies of about 70,000 people, employ 5 staff (ish), this is all double if you’re a minister often managing budgets of billions and staff of hundreds - why should SF/PF get paid more? It’s a voluntary job with many benefits and great, high paying job prospects afterwards

They should be SF and get SF pay. Just as good and highley trained. Its a joke. Ive worked with two ex Pathfinder ssms. Both great blokes. Wags and JBai. SFSG Para dont get treated any better either.
