ಸ್ವೀಟ್ ಅಂಗಡಿ ರೀತಿಯ ರುಚಿಕರ ಸಿಹಿ ಬೂಂದಿ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ /sweet shop style tasty sweet boondi recipe

ingredients ( you can make 2 kg of boondi and store up to 1 week )
ಕಡಲೇ ಹಿಟ್ಟು / gram flour - 4 cup ( 500 gram )
ಸಕ್ಕರೆ / sugar - 4 cup ( 1 kg )
ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ ಪುಡಿ / elaichi powder - 1/2 tsp
ಎಣ್ಣೆ / oil - for deep fry
ಅಡುಗೆ ಸೋಡಾ / baking soda - 2 pinch
ಲವಂಗ / cloves - 10 to 12
ಗೋಡಂಬಿ ಚೂರುಗಳು / cashew pcs - 1/4 cup
ಒಣ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಿ / raisins - 1/4 cup
food colour : ( optional )
ಲೆಮನ್ ಎಲ್ಲೋ / lemon yellow - 1/4 tsp
ರೆಡ್ / red colour - few drops
