ರುಚಿಕರ ಬಾಂಬೆ ಮಿಕ್ಸ್ಚರ್ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ / tasty and crispy bombay mixture recipe

ingredients :
ಮಸೂರ್ ಬೇಳೆಯ ಕಾಳು / whole masoor dal - 1 cup
ಕಡಲೇ ಹಿಟ್ಟು / gram flour - 3 cup ( 400 gram )
ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಹಿಟ್ಟು / rice flour - 1 cup
ಕಡಲೇ ಬೀಜ / peanuts - 1/4 cup
ಅಚ್ಚ ಖಾರದ ಪುಡಿ / red chilli powder - 1.5 tsp
ಉಪ್ಪು / salt - as per taste
ಜೀರಿಗೆ / cumin seeds - 1 tsp
ಓಮು ಕಾಳು / ajwain - 1/2 tsp
ಚಾಟ್ ಮಸಾಲ ಪುಡಿ / chat masala powder - 1/2 tsp
ಇಂಗು / hing - 1/2 tsp
ಅರಿಶಿಣ ಪುಡಿ / turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
ಜೀರಿಗೆ ಪುಡಿ / cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
ಕರಿಬೇವು / curry leaves - 5 strip
ಎಣ್ಣೆ / oil - for deep fry
