Airfryer Plantain and Fish | Bole and Fish

You can never go wrong with Plantains and this Airfryer Version of Roasted Plantain and Fish is no exception.
Just peel Plantain, pop into the airfryer. Season fish as desired, Pop into the airfryer too then cook till its done.
Don't forget the Pepper Sauce to go with it. It is very Important

I would say tread with caution when it comes to leaving the air fryer to turn off on its own.
That's how last week I set my air fryer for 15 minutes and kept waiting to hear the chime sound (that it has gone off)...Omo, nothing oh. I was now wondering if maybe time is moving too fast in my head. Only for me to goan check out of curiosity and the air fryer was still on and my cake don burn 😭😭😂😂

Ooh sorry about that. But that indicates there is something wrong with the Airfryer cos the timer is meant to work just fine

@@UdegbunamChuks most likely it’s old age. My air fryer does not do that. I turns off after my timer is up and I guess that’s one of the benefit.

@@yemi5193 yeah. It still works fine sha just that him head dey touch sometimes. I've sha used the experience as a learning something. Never to trust these gadgets before I burn house one day. Lord knows in the past, I used to turn it on before I left the house for work 😩🤦🏾‍♂️

Haven't tried it before but I think I've seen some people coat the plantain with small oil and it comes out looking nice like fried plantain.

Yes you can. Just cut to size, you can spray with cooking oil for the shine but if you don’t mind it lookin matte, just Airfryer without the oil
