I remember watching Kershaw's debut in May of 2008 vs the cardinals at Dodger stadium 2 runs threw 6 innings 5 hits and 7 k's ,i knew then the Dodgers had something special in the making ,its been a long road, Congrats Kershaw and Dodgers 2020 Champions 🏆,I did get teary eyed when Kershaw raised his hands in victory coming out of the dugout after Urias got the last out.😪👏👏🥳.lets go get a few more rings,Go Dodgers!

I interviewed Clayton and Ellen last year at their home in L.A. and I have to say they are among the nicest, most down-to-earth people I've ever met. Ellen is as sweet as she comes across here, and Clayton is about as as friendly and as welcoming as any celebrity I've met (and there have been a few who were definitely NOT either of those thing.)
This looks like their home in Texas, so I guess it was the off-season, but their home in Los Angeles is not what you might expect. It's a very unassuming, two-story house on Kelsey St. in Studio City, just north of the Hollywood Hills.
It's a beautiful home, but it's not a mansion or a "celebrity" home by any means. It's right on the street, packed in among other homes. You can walk right up to it -- there's no gate or long driveway to get there. And the property itself is tiny, with a small front yard and an only slightly larger backyard with a terrace, a pool and small pool house but no other fancy add-ons.
I'm a die-hard Red Sox fan but with Boston not making the playoffs, I was rooting for the Dodgers to win it all this year, in part because I wanted to see Kershaw finally get his ring. He definitely deserves it.
Kershaw family makes me less cynical about the world.
His two older kids are the spitting image of Clayton. Hopefully the baby favors Ellen a little more 😄❤. Love seeing this side of Clayton.
