With the Whipple Stage 1 Performance Kit, you’ll benefit from significant improvements in torque and horsepower in your 2018-2019 Ford F-150 Raptor. Torque increases by 150TRQ and horsepower by 80HP when using 93 octane. The kit provided more than 200 ft. lbs. of increased torque under the curve. This intake system delivers a distinctive induction whine.
The large mega cooler was designed to provide 54 percent increased volume than the OEM intercooler. The intake system ensures superior air flow capacity to improve vehicle performance. The manufacturer uses pioneering PCM calibration to deliver unmatched performance and drivability.
The heat shield is strong and has a heavy-duty powder coating. The intercooler is durable and has an innovative bar-plate design. There is an offset 14FPI on the intercooler’s cold air flow side.
This performance kit was designed to have a straight forward bolt-on installation process. No modification or cutting is required. All necessary components are included to complete the installation.

Put a whipple stage one kit in a year ago. Completely different truck. No issues crazy fast and reliable. Had dealer do it. Worth every cent.

I’m really happy with mine too. 2017 model.
Old school mechanics call the "metal sheet" (53:24)a feeler gauge because you adjust for the "feel" of the gauge in the gap. LOL
I would assume this works with the 2018+ limited f150 due to it having the HO 3.5 EB
Two things,
1. Is it better to remove that trim piece right before you take the factory intercooler down?
2. I see the fan just sits on those two knobs, nothing is holding it from rocking back away from the cooler?
How does this compare to the Roush Performance Pac 1 in performance? And I know Roush maintains the warranty...
Confirmed the CAI and Intercooler will work on a 2022 Expedition 3.5.

Why do you need to alter the spark plug gaps?

I’m curious about that tuner, the whipple tomahawk tuner. How good is it ? I tried looking for reviews on it and really can’t find any. All of this looks good I’m just really curious about that tuner🤷🏻♂️
They sent the HP tuner for my upgrade. It kicks ass!

Are you able to save the stock tune, if you need to revert back for a warranty issue?
No you can’t . He said it in the video
If you have to download the stock tune and send it to whipple I would think you can save it and put it back on the sd card and download it if you had to.
Yes you can save the stock tune.
The tomahawk tuner does not save stock tune. It just downloaded ecu strategy code info and such to send to whipple. Once they send you a new tune and you flash your ecu stock is gone with the wind. Rumor is if you can get them to respond they have a way to reconstruct a "stock" program for you to flash back on of you can get them to respond. I couldn't get them to though.

@@stanleybaker6989 The dealer I bought it from installs this stage 1 kit and said it's under Fords warranty as long as it's done by a Ford Performance authorized installer.
Agreed though, I would want that in writing before putting it on the lift.
Would this work on 2019 ecoboost F150 non-raptor?
The dealer I'm about to get this done on says even though they're a ford dealership, they're saying ford will not honour warranty
