By media track, I presume you mean media monitoring? If the company you're working for doesn't already have a provider - I would highly recommend anything from the CISION company! They're a great provider of all thing media monitoring e.g. tracking media mentions, generating reports, insights etc. I work in the media monitoring space in Australia and can highly recommend them :)
