If I aint mistaken our old 1970's flexo that I load will do 18,000/hr but thats on a smaller coffee box and theres 62,000 of them mofo's in one damn order ! Makes the night go by fast tho.
My old Langston Saturn II 37x82 2Color FFG can run 200bpm on a horrible warp. Damn corrugator sending us badly warped sheets every single time. What the guy's feeding in the video is cakewalk.
The Emba that I work on has a vacuum system that runs the entire length of the machine. It'll run warped board like a beast, provided you can get it to go into the feed section straight.
“My Boss arrived at work in a brand new Ferrari. I told him: “Wow that’s a nice car”. He replied: “If you work hard, put all your hours in, and strive for ''Excellence'', I'll get another one next year”.”
Hello to all, could you tell me please how can I run cardboard sheets made from virgin fibers? This kind of issue don´t let me process them because they slip. Thank you
Possibly tighten feed rolls. Maybe new feed belts or wheels. We ran a lot of kemi and eventually that would build up on our belts and we qiuld have to wipe them down with alcohol or toluene. only works for so long.
Ours doesnt even look that good... Im a feeder on a Lattitude not sure of the model but the fastest ive run is 305 also had to cut/take out my own strap and wrap...
Somebody get this man a pre-feeder
Underrated comment
I use the same machine but red and I keep telling them the pre feeder will pay itself off but owell
Couldn’t imagine not having a prefeeder especially on something that goes over 150 per min
🤣🤣🤣🤣 so true
Ótima máquina trabalhei por 10 anos em uma ward
Damn this reminds me of the first crappy as company I was in with hand feeding. Thank god for prefeeders!!
My Ward is from 1978 and has a prefeeder. These people trippin!!
Guy needs a pedal operated lift table and a good Dayton high powered fan and he's set at the feed position
S&S ZLM. Still a beast after 48 years of service.

This company has an updated bundle strapping system but can't put in a pre-feeder? I can't imagine that job not having a high turnover rate.
Lol no pre-feeder plus incentive on a machine that runs fast. Guarantee it's got a high turnover rate lmai

He will only be able to feed that much at a time for so many years, then health issues will inevitably start to occur.

Hi there .!
How much is the cost for one of this machine ???
About 3-5 million depending on who makes it.
The feederman is earning his pay.
900,000 sqft ran through my Langston 50 inch in 8 hours , it's inverted fold so hand fed while flipping paper
976,000 square feet 76,000 boxes in 8 hours but we don't handheld anymore and it's not a top printer so I give you props
you flip that paper yourself?
@@Petersjackson450 yes I did , my handfulls were and are 150 -200 sheets a pull , on 25 sqft sheets its 35-50 sheets a pull
