I agree with Jak. Phoenix was a good man. I don't like how he tried to take Keira, but still a good man. Shame he died.
How interesting. In the 1st game, Jak took the Freeman route (doesn't talk), in Jak 2 thru X, he's voiced by Mike Erwin, and in this one, he's voiced by Josh Keaton, The Spectacular Spider-Man himself.

I do wish they would have kept Jak's old voice, but hey, it's all good.

In the previous games, he was voiced by Michael Erwin; in this game, it's Josh Keaton. He sounds different, but I think Josh pulled it off.

@Marshano1 Not quite. You won't be in sandbox mode, but throughout the whole storyline, you can pretty much travel anywhere you want. Not to mention it's in Hero Mode, so you keep all the snazzy upgrades and stuff.
4:45 Apparently Playstation is canon INSIDE a Playstation game.
Ndog said that team has spilt into 2 different sections for Different Projects. One Is currently developing the Last of Us While another team will be starting a NEW game!! Right now that team is currently working on getting some nice U3 DLC out and have not begun their next project. They said this New game should be released in 2013. Looks like Jak and Daxter on the playstation 4!!
its was great to see some developers attempt games like these on the psp! cause the psp didnt have much great games ! i can only think of 10

Wow, almost ten years ago and I just got to end this game right now on my new psp. I thought this game was pretty good (of course, I know there's some plot holes and other things...) but it really entertained me for hours and I was really surprised that everyone disliked it, probably because the other games were damn great compared to this one(well, I can't say much because I never played the other ones to the end)
so after the game ends is it like all the other jak games where you can just explore and blow what ever up?
you can replay it in hero mode with all the stuff you unlocked, but otherwise you just replay the final mission
@dallasboy1117 I am a Real Jak fan and Jak x had a Good Storyline and Gameplay and Plus i was used to the Jak games changing the Gameplay up(Jak 1 wasn`t a First person Shooter but a Adventure game and then Jak 2 changed it to a First person shooter).And in Jak x you can play as the Previous jaks if you have Jak 3,Jak 2 or Jak 1 save data(thus making the Game way Better).

Good game, no real room for complaint aside from the lack of characters from previous installments (expected at least a mention of Samos >_>) but other than that, good game.

I think no other game can defeat Jak 2 or 3. Both are masterpieces, and alone Jak 1 was one of the best games of it´s year.
High Impacts is not popular for their good graphic quality (see Ratchet & Clank).
I think it was an ok game overall. Loved the storyline. could have better graphics but if your a diehard Jak fan that just wants the story to continue, yeah, this games for you. 3/5 I give it, but thats good enough for me :D
P.S. This is just the beginning... whenever the word adventure is thrown out at the end of a Jak game, you know. The stories not over yet... the next one I bet will be Jak and Daxter: over the brink

I'm pretty sure that theres no way those two are related at all. Snice you know Jak's origins are unknown and Kiera I would assume is the adopted daughter of samos. Spolier: Plus they were born Hundreds years apart (not quite sure on the time gap between Jak 1 and 2)

@TheDBH336 Agreed.You or someone should show this type of voice acting to Jak`s original voice actor and see if he likes it or not and hopefully he says Maybe i should do something about Jak`s voice.
It's a handheld, not a console, so by PSP standards. they're fairly good

I thought the game was rubbish compared to 2 & 3 (and I thought X was pretty good). Jim Dooley who did the music was also pretty good, but there should have been those chainsaw-like guitars with the soundtrack. But I think personally they should have left the game as it was and perhaps have a NEW character rise up from the fictional world, perhaps before Jax and Daxter turned up in Haven. I dunno. It wouldn't good without Naughty Dog I know that for sure.

High Impact Games took over Naughty Dog's Jak And Daxter series? Well, based off of this game, They're name should be more like "LOW" impact games...

@kungfuapples ND didnt make this game..they lent the series to work on uncharted 3.. so in my mind it isnt a real jak and daxter game. i really hope naughty dog does make another tomake up for this.

as soon as i heard that this game wasnt made by naughty dog i instantly thought that it would be shit and i was right thank god i didnt buy it. i just wish naughty dog would make jak 4 on the ps3 so we can have a ending to jak or maybe something like the ratchet and clank future series

@harrisonbensongerard Like I already said, I don't have a problem with people not liking the game,they can hate it all they want too,and I rarely reply to those type of comments because it's nothing new, I can count on one hand the number of times I've actually done that.Even now though, I get comments on these videos from people on how they don't like this game, my inbox is literally full of the crap, but I don't care anymore.
WTF!!? today when i was Playing this game it just skipped the parts from Act II and i was like WTF!!??! i didn't remember this game wa s so short and then i got it that the game was skipped Act II WHY DID IT DO THAT!?!?!??!?!
