Fun fact: usually on splash mountain, the last seat in the far back, is the seat that ends up staying the driest. This is either because all the water goes on the people in front of you and reacts more like a shield. Or, due to the speed of the log, the water goes over you and not splashing you.

I love how genuinely excited you were to make the recordings on this video, like the jungle cruise and haunted mansion. It sounds like you had a lot of fun! I'm more of a DW girl, since I live on the East Coast, but this video was awesome to watch while I'm stuck at home, dreaming of going back to my favorite place in the world. It did make me cry a little, watching this and thinking of how empty (most of) the parks are right now across the world, but I'm so happy to see how passionate people still are about the things they love and that there's hope we'll be going back to those things soon! ❤🧡💛💚💙💜

His favorite video is this one, He says it’s like a whole day at Disneyland (even thought it’s an hour), he watches it over and over. I’m sure if you made another long video relocating a day at DL similar to this one, it would be well received. Thank you & you would make a fabulous JC skipper!!

5 stars! The tour was absolutley amazing, TPM is a superb tour guide. Many puns were included in this experience as well, which made it even better! Will gladly be coming back......what's that? Edit: Thank you so much for doing this, I moved from the West Coast to the East Coast so it's not as easy to go there, and I love Disneyland, it was my entire childhood when we went! I miss it to the point of being Disneyland-sick (kinda like homesick), and I hope I can work at Disneyland, whether as a Cast Member Imagineer. Another Edit: I couldn't find the armadillo in the Grand Canyon scene on the railroad, did you see it TPM?

Former Jungle Cruise skipper here (circa 1989), and bravo on your recreation! But you needed to have a top 11. No day at Disneyland is complete without Pirates of the Caribbean!! But thanks for my 2nd favorite and a trip down memory lane for me with my favorite time there as a cast member!
I was born down in SoCal back in the late 1950's and from birth until my mid-teens we went to Disneyland at least once a year. I remember the "iconic goofy yell' you mention early in this video. But not from hearing it as we rode the ride but from OUTSIDE on the path that ran between the castle and the Matterhorn. From the walkway the laugh was loud (I'm sure they had speakers playing it both inside and outside the doors) and hearing it always got us excited about going on the ride. We would usually pause and watch as the doors flew open and a car came out several times each minute. And we would often wave and talk with the people as their cars wound their way back down to ground level (people were friendlier back then and into that sort of thing). Back then there was no wall blocking the view of the doors from the pathway. Also back then when you came out you found yourself on a very narrow path made to look like leaves on a suspended vine that twisted and turned it's way back down to the ground. The elevated pathway was barely wide enough for the cars to fit on and I remember wondering what they would do if the ride failed and people had to exit (I suspect cast members would push the cars back down to ground level in order for people to exit). From your video it appears there have been a lot of changes to this end of the ride.
Now THAT'S how you do a parade! I can't believe I'm going to say this because parades don't usually do much for me but I really loved the one at the end of the video! I think it reminds me of Christmas, will all the lights.

Former Jungle Cruise skipper here (circa 1989), and bravo on your recreation! But you needed to have a top 11. No day at Disneyland is complete without Pirates of the Caribbean!! But thanks for my 2nd favorite and a trip down memory lane for me with my favorite time there as a cast member!

I was born down in SoCal back in the late 1950's and from birth until my mid-teens we went to Disneyland at least once a year. I remember the "iconic goofy yell' you mention early in this video. But not from hearing it as we rode the ride but from OUTSIDE on the path that ran between the castle and the Matterhorn. From the walkway the laugh was loud (I'm sure they had speakers playing it both inside and outside the doors) and hearing it always got us excited about going on the ride. We would usually pause and watch as the doors flew open and a car came out several times each minute. And we would often wave and talk with the people as their cars wound their way back down to ground level (people were friendlier back then and into that sort of thing). Back then there was no wall blocking the view of the doors from the pathway. Also back then when you came out you found yourself on a very narrow path made to look like leaves on a suspended vine that twisted and turned it's way back down to the ground. The elevated pathway was barely wide enough for the cars to fit on and I remember wondering what they would do if the ride failed and people had to exit (I suspect cast members would push the cars back down to ground level in order for people to exit). From your video it appears there have been a lot of changes to this end of the ride.
