Just a couple of things: 1) I always thought that Gangrel was WAY too underrated and should have been given more opportunities; 2) I always HATED Scotty "Too Hotty" Taylor...Until now! You telling his beginnings as a Jr. in High School when he signed for the WWF(E), and how he really hung in there when he could've been easily discouraged and just hang up the towel, made me see him in a totally different light. I now have a new-found respect for him! Great list! Thanks for the flashbacks and updates!
So glad to see Gangrel included here! Rikishi and Gangrel are good friends in real life and hang together when they can. Gangrel also helped run Knox Pro for a while with Rikishi!
RedCyanPhotos That Gangrel/Brood entrance was brilliant! Gangrel deserved to be given a much better push after Edge and Christian and the Hardys left him. Maybe even if he moved away from the Vampire character but stayed Gothic and alternative? Teaming him with Raven would have been epic! Certainly a better idea than just having Sable strip off every Monday night?!!
Ken Shamrock could have gone to the top. He was on fire for a while there. . . till they turned him heel and had him join the corporation. When I saw him beat the Rock for the IC belt at a house shot, it was one of the biggest pops ever. He had the look, the intensity, the moves, the entrance. . . had some drawbacks, but if they protected him right, he could have been a main eventer.
Ken Shamrock is long overdue for their sorry excuse for a HOF and some may laugh but Val Venis was a full time contracted wrestler for about 14 years. At his peak, was bigger than any of today's main eventers. Most of his career was somewhat relevant or had a presence at least until the last few. Even today he makes and does bookings every so often for WWE. Val should be in the HOF. XPac is a similar guy but he did porn and people hated him so he won't get in. People forget how long XPac wrestled in national promotions against guys twice his size. He is still wrestling. He has had an impressive and long career.
Normally, things are better for something or someone when they really have to work at or just simply have to think things through. The Attitude Era is a representation of that idea. A time when WWE (then WWF, which sounds way better) had to really work at earning the person’s love and attention, and succeed they (mostly) did, creating what many of us consider to be WWE’s glory days. I wish I had been old enough to watch this stuff back in the day.
Fun Fact: D'Lo brown worked for IWA Puerto Rico, he feuded with former TNA star, former Sean Moorley tag team partner in WWC, Glamour boy Shane Sewell, they had a great match during the days of IWA Puerto Rico's development territory period. great times that.
Crazy thing is back in 6th grade Marc Mero did a motivational speech at my school. I believe he started a martial arts dojo in Orlando FL as well. Forget which school it is, Tae kwon do maybe?
more behind the Titan tron please ! that was hands down your best segment and likely is responsible for the majority of your subs . Lists like these are on every page and lack originality . Your behind the titantron stood alone and was superior to shit like this
Hey Wrestlelamia I got to see Gangrel a year ago in my home country of England; He looked horrible he became old and fat and the reason I went was their was going to be a ladder match but guess what their was no ladder match, I should have known they was the company that advertised Yokozona while he was on his UK tour but he did not come, he couldn't come, because he was dead! Also the other matches where bad and boring with a rip Daniel Brian who had similar moves to D Bry but was horrible!
Wwe railroaded bart Gunn, they were shocked that he beat the guy they were cheering for and threw $5 million (or something outrageous like that) behind the guy that Gunn knocked out w in the first round. Poor bart, he totally earned a turn in the spotlight, and should've fought Steve Austin for his belt. Instead they brought in butter bean and sicked him on gunn.
2 Cool was horrible so was Rakishi until he turned heel. I would have fired Brian for that not for what he did outside the ring. I hate this modern era's bullshxt that allows a persons job to be at risk if he fxcks up in his personal life. Especially if one doesn't effect the other.
I grew up in the 80s and early 90s, so the Attitude Era ran during my college years, which was perfect! Easily my favourite generation, and really enjoying watching the original Raw episodes on the Network, as it was never shown in the UK!
I've been watching mma for 26 years and never and I mean never ever at one point did Ken shamrock was considered the number one mma fighter in the world stick to what you know and that's wrestling sorry professional wrestling. Top 5 maybe but never was he number one . He was just very popular that's all.
Hello everybody im dean Ambrose aka Jonathan david goods cousin and I was 1 of the doinks in wwf now wwe I need your help to get medical care for my health problems please contact me
Jacob Prayer Yeah. Mixed with a high dose of a "b" word that I won't say. She even went on record as saying that the death of her first husband in a car crash was the best thing that happened to her! NOT because he was abusive or anything of the like, but because she was able to move on to men that made more money, like Marc Maro, and later Brock Lesnar. smh.... how someone, like that, can even live with themselves, is beyond me.
Bathin Nate you call yourself a wrestling fan and you don't even know sable from Debra. What because it's a blonde headed women it's the same person. And people say blondes are stupid, no they are not but you certainly are.
Rikishi and Godfather are Undertaker's Bone Street Krew homies, so they get in by association, because Taker wouldn't allow Vince to not allow his buddies to get in if The KLIQ are allowed in as well.
Mike Nauer it dropped the name 1 week ago- calm down- these are all references to old events, when it was very much still called TNA- which was for 7 years!
To be honest, i think getting rid of the "TNA" part made sense since it stood for "Total Nonstop Action" and sounded really dumb when putting it together with Impact Wrestling
I miss the attitude era, it was a crazy time to be a wrestling fan.
you forgot that gangrel made an appearance on Smackdown in 2004 when he teamed with viscera in a handicap match against the Undertaker
I liked Blackman lol
He was a cool character to me .
he had one of the coolest entrance songs
I had a friend who I used to do Beavis and Butthead laughs during Val Venis segments.
Just a couple of things: 1) I always thought that Gangrel was WAY too underrated and should have been given more opportunities; 2) I always HATED Scotty "Too Hotty" Taylor...Until now! He can't separate from the vampire character. Those chompers he sports are REAL. Yes people, Gangrel has genuine fangs.

R.I.P. Brian Christopher.
The WWF Attitude Era & the Rock n" Wrestling Era were the absolute best!!
Lol Waltman as 1-2-3 Kid looks like he could be Todd Pettengill's son. Kid Pettengill.
Shamrock was a damn good wrestler damn good
Marc mero was in philipsburg pa a few months back , doing a speech at the local high school.
Val Venus now sells weed legally in a dispensary.
John M The man with the penis?
He lives 20 minutes from me. And this is incorrect since weed only became legal 1 year ago.
👍🏻
@@Zanatos9 you do realize this comment is 3 years old so if wee was legal 1 year ago it was unlegal when he post the comment.
Scotty2Hotty was my childhood hero, no joke
What happened to Chaz and Tiger Ali Singh? And Essa Rios? and Miss Kitty?

3:38 It can't be, because he was in WWF at the time, but that looks like Austin (Ringmaster) over Hall's right shoulder.
Excellent vid
Wish WWE would bring back the hardcore title😩
Butterbean aint no joke, folks.
Normally, things are better for something or someone when they really have to work at or

Fuck I wish Steve Blackman or Ken Shamrock could come back.
Shadow Zone Productions same
Shadow Zone Productions Ken Shamrock is now a bodyguard for 50 Cent, Tbf I wouldn't mess with him
They are both 53 years old.
Randolph Defreese I know he was for a time, whether time ago or not, it's a cool fact
i was talking to the op who said they should come back.
Brian Christopher died in July of 2018, if you're wondering where he is now.
Gangrel has 1 of the greatest entrances of all time. Shit i got him up there with the rock ric flair dx stone cold hbk Goldberg and the undertaker
Xpac was in xpw? no offense but that circuit is way to extreme for xpac. That like john cena showing up on czw,
I love how almost all of them end with "had a short run in TNA" LOL
Whatever happened to that Rock guy? That dude just straight up disappeared.
Who? I don't remember him
That Jobber?? He disappeared years ago unlike the legendary Kurrgan who became a movie star.
Three words : Hollywood movie star !!
jerel IT IS A FUCKING JOKE YOU DUMB SON OF A BITCH

Really miss their in-ring antics.
Val Venis sells weed now. Legally.
Very interesting video. Great job

Your behind the titantron stood alone and was superior to shit like this
Since you did one about the attitude or how about you do one about the ruthless aggression next
terri runnels look way better than sable
Waltman didn't leave. He was fired after refusing to job to Booker T, who was getting a main event push at the time.
Never noticed how much The Rock looks like Dwayne Johnson
DonMega DonMega is this a joke comment becuase they are both the same person

Do a WCW one from the same period. Would love an update on Disco Inferno. He was my fav wrestler back then.
Hes a commentator for fsw
they fed Gunn to butterbean as a punishment for beating dr.death. they knew he would lose.
Everytime I hear Rikishi is still alive it surprises me.
Lives in vegas .... seen him at a church event like a year ago
Lena Mason Were u expecting a latter match from a 50yr old Gangrel?
Fascinating story, thanks for that!
I'd hardly say ken shamrock disappeared into thin air
No offense to Rikishi sons, but I wanna see him and not them.
Investigative team = Google
I love your videos but it confuses me as to why you don't pronounce your T's very well, instead replacing them with D's.
7:25 "Ul bite?" Don't you mean albeit (all be it)?
Good Video Man! :D
Why a re upload?
How did you not mention that ken shamrock is a bodyguard for 50 cent?
Why u calling him Conner it says corner
Am I the only person on earth that really enjoyed the Brawl for All?
Didn't Shamrock become a bodyguard?
Wwe railroaded bart Gunn, they were shocked that he beat the guy they were cheering for and threw $5 million (or something outrageous like that) behind the guy that Gunn knocked out w in the first round. Poor bart, he totally earned a turn in the spotlight, and should've fought Steve Austin for his belt. Instead they brought in butter bean and sicked him on gunn.
Brian Cristopher was over in uswa
Is shamrock a bodyguard now???
2 Cool was horrible so was Rakishi until he turned heel. I would have fired Brian for that not for what he did outside the ring. I hate this modern era's bullshxt that allows a persons job to be at risk if he fxcks up in his personal life. Especially if one doesn't effect the other.
Mr. Kennedy just fucking left
am I the only one watching and did not grow up in the attitude era?
the attitude era seems pretty cool.
Stacey Maurice it was great!
Stacey Maurice perhaps cos I grew up then too lol
I grew up in the 80s and early 90s, so the Attitude Era ran during my college years, which was perfect! Easily my favourite generation, and really enjoying watching the original Raw episodes on the Network, as it was never shown in the UK!
Stacey Maurice Yup, I guess u better go back to Jhon Cena land.
BART Gunn got done wrong
Gee how is the rock doing now one can only wonder.

I've been watching mma for 26 years and never and I mean never ever at one point did Ken shamrock was considered the number one mma fighter in the world stick to what you know and that's wrestling sorry professional wrestling. Top 5 maybe but never was he number one . He was just very popular that's all.
It's not real mate....The Undertaker....All of it.
"used his mma techniques" nah.
Hello everybody im dean Ambrose aka Jonathan david goods cousin and I was 1 of the doinks in wwf now wwe I need your help to get medical care for my health problems please contact me
No Steven bald
Sable isn't really that hot. All wrinkles and silicone.
Sable is not as sexy as Sunny my opinion
*DON'T READ MY NAME!*
i guess u forgot sable was married to stone cold steve austin before she married brock lesnar
Stone Cold was married to Debra.
Bathin Nate you call yourself a wrestling fan and you don't even know sable from Debra. What because it's a blonde headed women it's the same person. And people say blondes are stupid, no they are not but you certainly are.
Rikishi just like The Godfather and Koko b Ware are not deserving of their HOF induction
Rikishi and Godfather are Undertaker's Bone Street Krew homies, so they get in by association, because Taker wouldn't allow Vince to not allow his buddies to get in if The KLIQ are allowed in as well.
tna no more its now impact wrestling only
Mike Nauer it dropped the name 1 week ago- calm down- these are all references to old events, when it was very much still called TNA- which was for 7 years!
To be honest, i think getting rid of the "TNA" part made sense since it stood for "Total Nonstop Action" and sounded really dumb when putting it together with Impact Wrestling
the mpany should just fold it loss 2channels and many fans
