5:00 it should also be noted that you only get charged the promoted listing fee if someone clicks your sponsored listing and purchases the item within 30 days. If someone finds your listing organically and buys it, you don’t pay the promotion fee
In the past 24hrs Ebay shows me that i have received 0 Promoted clicks. WHAT? 1/2 my store is promoted the other half is not. So that means i have not seen a single click on 1/2 my store because those items are promoted? How does that work? If you think about it. Had i promoted 600 listings i would not see 1 click to the store? WTF is happening here?
Appreciate you sharing your knowledge Dalton! I never knew about the Seller Hub until watching this video and it has changed my life. I watch a lot of your other videos and I once started to niche down to shoes but got side-tracked and started selling in other categories. After looking at my stats on eBay AND Poshmark, women's shoes sell the most for me. This says a lot about my thrifting choices and that my eye for shoes surpasses my eye for other things, which people sometimes don't realize - numbers tell you more about who you are as a shopper vs. what the market is buying. Thank you for the valuable information again!
I already do promoted but Thank you so much for explaining coupons, I never heard it explained like you did and you made it less intimidating for me. Great Video Thanks again
Thank you thank you, this is the exact info I need right now!! I’ve been trying to expand on ebay as recently posh just isn’t having the consistency for me I would like!
This video was very helpful I have been selling on Ebay for 9 months but I do not have an Ebay store. Do you think my sales would increase if I had a store what are the benefits.
I'm sending offers out at least everyday. That also read Salty sole sex amp. Sorry for pointing that out. I didn't know how to use the coupons, or the newsletters, this was very helpful.
Thanks for this very helpful informative. But EBay needs to really treat us sellers like a business and not allow the buyer to rent our items they need to put into place a no return policy like it says when we as sellers hit the no returns button
I disagree, allowing returns could be added to this video as a 6th tip. Buyers are much more confident buying from a seller that allows returns. I offer free 60 day returns and my return rate is 2.6%.. but eBay does allow you to make that decision and not allow returns. The only returns that eBay forces are the returns that are a result of your item not being described properly.
I’m going to feel bad if you mentioned it, but if I send an offer to a buyer are they able to use a coupon ontop of my offer? I tried a coupon last week and was too nervous to then send offers.
Learning alot from your videos. Just started selling on eBay. I have one question how do you do combined shipping? I sent 2 items out in the same box but only had 1 tracking number and eBay didn't like that. Thanks
@@DealingWithDalton thank you I appreciate the response...and I bought a set of shoe trees from you just waiting for them to arrive...have a great day and thanks again
WRONG Ebay does not treat their sellers as business owners. Come on! If that was true they wouldnt try to be getting rid of the small sellers like you and I.

My heads spinning so much good information 😮
are you drop shipping or reselling?
Thanks man... Appreciate the tips.
How do you price your shoes since you essentially giving 15% off the top? Do you add that in when you start your listing?
Yes I list on the higher end of the market

Do you pay return shipping for the buyer?
@@TimothyHales yes I have had to pay for the return shipping label which I think is BS

No, coupons are only available on full price sales
@@DealingWithDalton thanks Dalton. Sorry, I do remember you saying that now.

In the bulk shipping screen there is just a checkbox to combine orders from the same buyer
@@DealingWithDalton thank you I appreciate the response...and I bought a set of shoe trees from you just waiting for them to arrive...have a great day and thanks again
Excellent. Thank you.
Do you have to have a store subscription to add the coupon?
Yes need to have a store subscription
Love it!
I got 105 items eligible to send offers
15% off, 20% off....then more % on promoted listing...sounds like more work for less money.
You look like Chris Evans Captain America. Regards
So tired of Ebays " dumpster diver sellers "
Junk junk junk
Instructions unclear. Deleted my entire eBay store and now I'm hitting the streets to peddle. Thanks D-Bag.
Power move✊

Lol idk what they did to hurt you but this isn’t true😂
Thanks so much for all this information!
