I was in rehab with a body builder... he clearly had an eating disorder and was using his muscles as a shield to not deal with his past... he just couldn't drop that wall down... he left after about 8 weeks... decent lad tbh... got me into boxing for my anger issues... often think about how he's doing, if he's even still here
My ex narc husband started lifting with dumbbells and doing intense work outs. He is the unhappiest person I ever met. He is trying to build his chest and arms, has a six pack but very tiny waist and legs, starting to look like Johnny bravo, he uses gel on his hair too. He looks awful and smells of farts. Still living together during the divorce, you can tell when he has been in a room, it stinks 😷
