Let’s face it this is a great invention for dvs mixing and its quite clear some are reluctant to support it but they really should get onboard. This great invention could revive the turntable. I am using rekordbox 6 with pioneer interface 2 and turntables. I,m having problems with rekordbox 6 and my MacBook Pro but phase has helped so hopeful I can it all working like I’ve seen in videos. Phase support has been good so far but need more videos to support those having difficulties setting up

It worked. I fully charged my remotes then it worked.
Does it still cue drift? I heard the battery issue is good now but what about the collaboration with serato to work in HID mode? Was it all a lie. We been waiting all year. What’s really improved with this Phase?

Hi, this is magic indeed. If I purchase the MWM Phase and Serato Dj, will it work with an analogue mixer? Do I need to purchase the DVS add on?

You do need, however, to have a DVS add on!

@@mmhcreates Sorry for the confusion, but you DO need to have a DVS enabling device! So it can be either an external soundcard connected to your analog mixer, or a purchased DVS license, etc. Without DVS, it is not going to work!
@@PhaseDJ no problem. Sorry to be a bother. Does this mean MWM phase+Serato+DVS license add on, would work without any other hardware?
This is where I am not sure. I recieved a reply earlier from a music store, he said I would also need a HID mixer. From what I have read a HID mixer just features a USB port, presumably works as an audio interface?..
I am looking to purchase for my brother. He has been mixing since the 90s, trying to find the most affordable way to enable him to play his 1210s with Serato.
@@mmhcreates Heya! Yes, you need to know what type of mixer your brother has, as it then depends on how to set it up! If it is an analog mixer, which doesn't have an installed DVS, you would then need an external DVS source like a soundcard or so. But if it is a mixer, that is DVS compliant already, then you don't have to buy anything in addition. Help, I am having to manually calibrate my phase everytime I restart my Serato software. Can someone help me with this or tell me why I'm having to do this. BYW I have updated my phase to V.5.0

Even here update failed, no retry button displayed and now my phases are stuck.The receiver has no colored lights and phase manager is saying "UNKNOWN" above each remotes while they are charging (at least phase manager says "charging" but I don't know if it is really charging remotes). Plz help!
Make sure that your remotes are fully charged. Then try, it worked for me.

I post my solution here just in case someone has the same problem: I removed the remotes from the receiver, paired them (long pressing the A and B button), closed phase manager, disconnected and reconnected phase and finally they were correctly recognise!

I tried using the mwm to revert back to the previous version, the version with no issues , the one that worked for me but I can't. Message show my phase unit is up to date. Phase Really I can't downgrade?!!!!!!!!!! You didn't take into consideration this update wouldn't work for everyone?.....The update for v2.1.0 through phase manager showed it was successfully installed. The calibration of the phase units show to be successful, I can change the colors on the each unit, they power down immediately after docking, I can change the color of the light behind the docking station, everything works except for functioning with any of my DVS, I tried traktor, serato dj and rekorbox none worked. So basically everything I don't care about works and the thing I do doesn't Just like previous updates not all phase units work the same after an update how is that possible?..... And yes units are fully charged and all updates are installed.

@@TheKmbriggs delete autosavexml in your midi folder in serato. C://Users/user_name/Music/Serato/MIDI/Xml/AUTO_SAVE.xml
Then try to connect your Phase again, this worked for me but my Pioneer xp1 still crashed serato so I don't connect it for now. When I do get have to delete autosavexml again. For now as long as my phase and mixer work I'm temporarily happy.

Unfortunately, as I read the comments below mines, I'm wondering should I even bother updating my Phase remotes.
Hi Nelson - we highly encourage you to update your Phase to latest firmware. There were many fixes applied with this last update and we've introduced a new software, Phase Manager. All of these are important to prepare your Phase for the Serato HID update coming soon! Hope that helps!
Phase I updated and I’ve been stuck with “no signal” ever since. Can’t get a hold of any support either.
I think I will wait till I hear some better reviews.

Clicked retry half a dozen times. Still not working. Now What?
Went back and tried again and it worked. One remote wasn't being found but I docked it and sync'ed and it works now.

@@PhaseDJ I recorded a mix and the pitch/signal was rock solid.
What hell!!!. I'm having the same problems I had when I just bought phase the day it launched. Where it took almost 6 months that get it work as it suppose to.It connects works for a few seconds then it crashes or freezes serato dj and or receivers loose connection and it interferes with my midi in my pioneer s9. Soon as I disconnect the phase serato unfreezes and my mixer gets full functionality.
This software is not great. I'm here trying to get past this retry for 20 mins and still can't get it to move on. Fix your software Phase this should be a one-click with no retry.

I finally got it to update. I had to unplug it and wait for the remotes to actually shut off then plug it back in and start over fresh and it worked then with one go like it should all the time. Thanks for reaching out. Will you guys ever make one that will support 4 remote at once? Would love to rock 4 turntables.
@@DJPablotv We're glad to hear all worked out! Currently, it is indeed not possible to use 4 Remotes at once with one Receiver, but it's a good idea for sure! I will pass it on to our tech team. 😉
How much can I get it
Per usual. I complete the update. Since then, my lights remain a pale blue color and won’t connect. Remain with a “no signal” message. If you email support you don’t hear anything back. Put a system in place for real support. This is a joke.
