It is! Community pool, HOA takes care of the front yard, no MUD tax, neighborhood gate! Cant beat it!
Like the concept but for 600k I would want more backyard space to put a deck out there …and a more open concept downstairs entrance… seems cramped with not much amenities …. Community pool …no walking trails etc
