That is true, it is subjective. Compared to other suburbs and comparable homes around the country, these are some of the most affordable areas in Houston. There are other areas around Houston that have homes well into the low $200k’s, however they are not comparable to these homes.
Some of Woodson’s Reserve is in the flood zone and some of it is outside of the flood zone. Insurance has been fluctuating so much but in general, low risk homes are about $500-$1k/year, and high risk can be up to $2k/year.

Affordable is a subjective term. The average income to purchase these homes has to be at least $120,000 yearly. 😢

Toll Brothers (the other builder at Woodson’s Reserve) has a smaller one at 2,236sqft and it’s listed at $525,789
